Job Description – Production & Procurement ExecutiveKey Responsibilities
Place fabric orders with suppliers based on production requirements.
Follow up with fabric suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with the cutting department and monitor daily cutting progress.
Visit printing units to monitor print quality, production status, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with ironing centers and follow up to ensure garments are finished on time.
Monitor production at every stage to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Communicate with vendors and production teams to resolve delays and production issues.
Maintain daily production reports and update management on work progress.
Coordinate with stitching, printing, ironing,



and packing teams to ensure smooth workflow.
Ensure orders are completed and dispatched according to committed delivery dates.

Required Skills
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes.
Ability to manage multiple vendors and production units.
Solid follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and production reporting.
Willingness to travel locally to suppliers, printing units, and production centers.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
