Manage complete workshop operations and service activities.
Ensure timely repair and servicing of customer vehicles.
Monitor job allocation and productivity of technicians.
Maintain service quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Control workshop efficiency, turnaround time, and pending vehicles.
Coordinate with spare parts department for availability of parts.
Handle customer complaints related to service and repairs.
Maintain records of service jobs, warranty claims, and workshop reports.
Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and workshop safety procedures.
Train and guide service advisors and technicians for improved performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
