Key Responsibilities:
Telecalling on given leadsfor residential plots and Farm Lands
Handle incoming leads and follow up through calls and WhatsApp
Arrange and coordinate site visits with clients
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and documentation
Coordiainate with sales teamthe complete sales process from booking to registry
Maintain daily sales reports and lead follow-up status
Requirements:
Experience in real estate sales preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Positive communication and negotiation skills
Solid client-handling ability
Basic knowledge of smartphone and WhatsApp
