Responsible for maintenance, inspection, and performance of heavy vehicles and equipment such as cranes, forklifts, loaders, and buses to ensure secure and productive operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of heavy vehicles
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
Ensure vehicle compliance (fitness, PUC, insurance)
Monitor equipment uptime and reduce breakdowns
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and spare parts
Maintain basic maintenance records and reports
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering
3–8 years experience in heavy vehicle or equipment maintenance
Skills
Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving
