Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to achieve monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through calls, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
Contact prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Present KommonSpace's Virtual Office, Managed Office, and business support services.
Conduct product demonstrations and client meetings.
Prepare quotations and follow up until closure.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.




Build long-term relationships with clients and referral partners.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or inside sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
Experience in B2B sales, coworking, virtual office, real estate, or business services is an added advantage.
