Key Responsibilities:
Review medical records and assign accurate ICD-10 diagnosis codes.
Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and internal quality standards.
Audit coded data to maintain consistency and accuracy.
Coordinate with billing and quality assurance teams for smooth claim processes.
Identify documentation gaps and communicate with appropriate teams for clarification.
Stay current with updates and revisions to ICD-10 coding standards.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of patient data at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree.
