Project Manager – Conveyor Systems for Auto Industry

Location: Pune

Reporting to: COO

Qualifications & Experience
Qualification: DME / B.E in Mechanical / Production Engineering
Experience:
DME with 10 to 15 years
OR B.E with 8 to 12 Years
Experience should be in Mechanical / Production Engineering

Salary Range: As per the market.

Job Responsibilities
Should be conversant with all types of Unit material handling equipment like all types of conveyors, both floor-mounted and overhead-mounted (skid conveyor, Slat, Roller Chain, Belt, monorail, Power & free, etc.).
Should be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Direct customer interaction regarding project-related issues.
Should be able to resolve any issues related to the projects.
Follow-up with customers for payment and collection of the same.




Should be able to handle the site independently without any intervention of top management.
Labour Contract Management at Site during site Installation & Commissioning.
Should be able to do Project Planning (macro/micro) for projects and meet the decided targets.
Should be able to prepare project schedules in MS Projects.
Should be able to execute projects within the budget and optimize costs.
Should be ready to relocate to any site as per the situation.
Responsible for the quality of project execution and customer satisfaction.

Positive communication skills

Must-Have
The candidate should preferably be from Conveyor Systems OEMs.
