We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager with robust knowledge of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR functions along with planning, executing, and monitoring CSR initiatives in compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & manpower planning
Performance management system implementation
Training & development
Employee engagement & retention
Industrial relations (if manufacturing setup)

Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR
8–10+ years experience in HR management
Solid knowledge of labor laws
Practical knowledge of CSR regulations and reporting
