We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal Engineer to prepare techno-commercial proposals for automation and EPC projects. The candidate will work closely with sales, engineering, and vendors to deliver competitive and accurate proposals.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on RFQs and client requirements
Review tender documents, specifications, and BOQs
Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for quotations and technical inputs
Perform cost estimation and pricing for projects
Prepare compliance statements and deviations
Support sales team during bid submission and negotiations
Maintain proposal documentation and records
Ensure timely submission of proposals

Required Skills & Qualifications




Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation Engineering
2–6 years of experience in proposal engineering / estimation
Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, networking, and field instrumentation
Familiarity with EPC / industrial automation projects
Robust skills in Excel and documentation
Valuable communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills
Experience in automation / process industry
Exposure to tendering portals and bidding process
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, Profibus, etc.)

Pay: ₹12,534.03 - ₹48,075.19 per month
