Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of 10 Tele Callers and 5 Relationship Managers.
Set daily, weekly, and monthly business targets.
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members.
Develop strategies to increase lead generation and loan disbursements.
Review daily MIS reports and analyze team performance.
Coordinate with partner banks and NBFCs for smooth loan processing.
Resolve customer and team escalations.
Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
Drive branch growth and achieve overall business objectives.

Requirements
Experience in the loan, banking, NBFC, or financial services industry is mandatory.
Proven experience in team handling and leadership.
Solid knowledge of Home Loans, Personal Loans, Business Loans, and Loan Against Property.
Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve business targets.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
