We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee, detail-oriented, and thrives in a quick-paced café setting.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve coffee and espresso-based beverages to a high standard
Operate coffee equipment (espresso machine, grinder, etc.) efficiently and safely
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinks
Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar and workstations at all times
Handle daily opening and closing duties
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management
Follow hygiene and food safety standards
Requirements
Prior experience as a barista or in a café setting preferred
Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and under pressure
Robust attention to detail and consistency
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
