Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Physiotherapist to provide assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation services to patients in their homes. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a patient-centered approach to care.

Key Responsibilities
Assess patients' physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis and goals.
Provide physiotherapy sessions at patients' homes.
Assist patients in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Educate patients and family members regarding exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
Maintain accurate treatment records and progress reports.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Ensure patient safety and follow infection control protocols.
Demonstrate prescribed exercises and monitor compliance.

Required Qualifications
