Job Description
Role Summary
Defines the embedded electronics and firmware architecture for the smart catheter device including sensor interfaces, power management and wireless communication.
Key Responsibilities
Define embedded hardware and firmware architecture
Select MCU/SoC platforms suitable for medical devices
Define BLE/NFC communication architecture
Architect sensor acquisition and signal processing systems
Design power management and battery strategies
Ensure compliance with IEC 62304 software lifecycle standards
Qualifications
Educational qualification:
B.E / B.Tech in Biomedical Engineering / ECE / EEE
Experience :
10–15 years embedded systems development, preferably with medical or regulated devices.
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Embedded architecture design
BLE/NFC wireless protocols
Analog sensor interfacing
