Key Responsibilities:
Identify, pitch, and close new business prospects with brands and media agencies.
Develop tailored influencer marketing solutions and strategic proposals aligned with client goals.
Build and maintain robust relationships with agency partners and brand stakeholders.
Collaborate with internal teams (campaign, content, influencer relations) for seamless execution.
Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling campaign formats and platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.).
Keep up with influencer trends, platform changes, and competitive landscape
Ensure timely reporting, client communication, and post-campaign performance reviews.

Requirements:
3+ years of relevant experience in business development, brand solutions,



or influencer marketing.
Prior agency experience is a must (client-facing & revenue-driving).
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to conceptualize campaign ideas based on brand objectives.
Familiarity with influencer management tools, campaign performance metrics, and pricing models.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and client-focused.

Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
