MTM College Arts, Science & Commerce, affiliated with the University of Calicut and NAAC B++ accredited, invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor / Sports Faculty (Physical Education). The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting physical education, sports activities, and overall student fitness and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct physical education classes for students
Plan and organize sports events, tournaments, and competitions
Train and coach students in various sports and athletic activities
Monitor students’ physical fitness and performance
Maintain sports equipment and facilities
Encourage student participation in intercollegiate and extracurricular sports
Support institutional activities and student development programs

Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) with a positive academic record
NET or PhD as per UGC norms (preferred)
Strong knowledge of sports training, fitness, and coaching techniques
Good communication and leadership skills
Ability to motivate and guide students in sports and fitness
