We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Real Estate Liaison Executive with strong communication skills and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all liaisoning activities, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining smooth coordination with government authorities and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Liaise with government authorities, municipal corporations, and regulatory bodies for project approvals and permissions
Manage end-to-end documentation and follow-ups for licenses, NOCs, and statutory clearances
Ensure compliance with all applicable real estate laws, rules, and regulations
Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, consultants, and officials
Track the status of approvals and provide regular updates to management
Coordinate with legal, project, and sales teams for required documentation and submissions
Attend meetings, site visits, and government offices as required




Maintain accurate records and documentation of all liaison activities
Resolve issues related to approvals and escalate critical matters promptly

Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline (Law / Real Estate background preferred)
3–6 years of experience in real estate liaisoning
Solid knowledge of local authority processes, approvals, and compliance requirements
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Strong networking, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in MS Office

Preferred Skills:
Experience dealing with municipal corporations and government departments
Familiarity with real estate project approvals and documentation processes
Solid problem-solving and coordination abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
