Position: Human Resource Manager
Age: Minimum 35 Years
Graduate with specialization in Human Resources / Personnel Management or related discipline with additional qualifications in Labour Laws, Industrial Relations, Safety, or HR Management will be preferred.
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, Administration, Time Office, and Statutory Compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end HR activities including recruitment, on boarding, induction, employee engagement, performance management, training, and employee retention.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are effectively implemented.
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
Manage attendance, leave records, shift schedules, overtime records, and manpower reports.
Coordinate with payroll functions and ensure accuracy of employee-related data.
Prepare and maintain all HR-related MIS reports.
Ensure proper coordination with all departments for smooth operations.
Support management in organizational planning and manpower budgeting.




Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations & handle matters related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour, Factories Act, Shops & Establishments Act, and other applicable legal requirements.
Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and external agencies as required.
Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.
Conduct safety awareness programs, audits, and training sessions & monitor workplace safety practices and coordinate corrective actions.

Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent command over Microsoft Excel, including preparation of formats, reports, and calculations.
Solid analytical and administrative skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership qualities with a proactive and problem-solving approach.

Compensation: ₹8 to ₹10 Lacs CTC per annum, commensurate with experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
