IDW Interiors Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Associate Purchase Manager to join our agile team in the Design industry. This is a full-time position based on-site in Noida. As a Purchase Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining vendor relationships. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet cost and quality targets
Source, negotiate, and purchase materials from approved suppliers
Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of materials
Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong vendor relationships
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast material needs and optimize purchasing processes
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or in a similar procurement role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain management
Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
