Sunny Hairport is hiring an experienced Salon Manager to lead salon operations and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day salon operations.
Handle client appointments, walk-ins, and customer service.
Supervise staff performance and maintain discipline.
Monitor sales, service targets, and retail product sales.
Ensure hygiene, grooming standards, and salon presentation.
Coordinate staff schedules and inventory management.
Resolve client concerns professionally and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Experience as a Salon Manager or Front Office Manager in a salon.




Strong leadership and communication skills.
Good knowledge of salon services and customer handling.
Basic computer and billing software knowledge preferred.
Presentable personality and skilled attitude.
