Handle all customer inquiries, walk-ins, and sales leads professionally.
Conduct timely follow-ups with prospective customers through calls, emails, and messages.
Coordinate and schedule vehicle test drives for customers.
Maintain and update customer data in the CRM system.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
Explain vehicle features, pricing, finance options, and ongoing offers to customers.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Coordinate vehicle delivery and complete all related documentation.
Conduct post-sale follow-ups to collect feedback and encourage referrals.
Prepare daily and monthly reports on leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer feedback.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
