The Chris Engg Team is currently seeking an experienced Senior PHP Developer to join our dynamic and growing team. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain PHP-based web applications
Write efficient, clean, and well-documented code
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency
Continuously learn and improve skills to keep up with industry trends and innovations
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
5+ years of experience in PHP development
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with popular PHP frameworks such as Laravel, Symfony or CodeIgniter
Proficient in database design and management (MySQL,
MongoDB)
Experience with version control systems (Git)
Familiarity with Agile development methodology
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Bonus Skills:
Experience with other programming languages such as Python, Java or Ruby
Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of front-end frameworks like React, Angular or Vue.js
Experience with mobile app development (iOS or Android)
