Key Responsibilities:
Assist in basic food preparation and kitchen activities
Support senior chefs in daily operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Follow instructions and standard kitchen procedures
Help with mise en place and prep work
Requirements:
Fresher or up to 1 year of kitchen experience
Basic knowledge of Continental cuisine preferred
Willingness to learn and grow in the kitchen
Ability to work in shifts
Mumbai-based candidates preferred
