Responsible for the preparation of working drawings for various projects using software in all the Design phases/ aspects in coordination with the Design Team. Use specialized software to create digital models of buildings & other structures
Job Qualifications:
Experienced Drafters for Schematic/ Design Development stage production for both Architecture and Interior Design
Familiar with planning guidelines, various technical requirements & authority submission an advantage;
Versatile and able to work independently as well as in a team;
Proactive, Hardworking and strict adherence to meeting deadlines;
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
Proficient using REVIT/ArchiCAD, Autocad, Photoshop
Knowledge of Tekla, use of model checking tools will be an advantage
At least 5 Year(s) of working/teachning experience in the related field is required for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
Preparation of Drawings and Presentations:
Create architectural and interior drawings based on sketches, building specifications and calculations.
Produces design presentations (Keynote/ Powerpoint)
Produces 2D, 3D and working drawings
Create digital models of buildings & other structures
Train & mentor own & client’s team for creating digital models
Design Solutions:
Assists in the development in all phases of design
Assists in the preparation of technical solutions to make the design feasible.
Resolves minor design issues.
Communication:
Establishes and maintains a skilled and effective lines of communication with the superior and clients.
Communicates and listens in an appropriate and skilled manner.
