Marketing & Sales Manager – Job Description (Automobile Industry)

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to lead sales operations, business development, and marketing activities for our automobile showroom/business.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase business growth
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets fixed by management
Handle showroom sales operations and customer relationship management
Identify recent business prospects, dealers, and sub-dealers
Plan promotional activities, campaigns, and branding initiatives
Coordinate with digital marketing and field sales teams
Prepare weekly sales reports and monthly revenue reports
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements




Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term business relationships
Lead and manage the sales team to improve overall performance

Requirements:
Solid communication and leadership skills
Knowledge of automobile sales and market trends
Ability to handle targets and business development activities
Good negotiation and customer handling skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting management

Qualification: MBA / Any Degree in Marketing or Business Administration

Experience: 2–6 Years in Sales & Marketing (Automobile Industry Preferred)

Salary: As per industry standards ,

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
