About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, generate quality leads, and support business growth in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing strategies for the company and real estate projects.
Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business.
Plan and create engaging content, reels, posts, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with designers, video editors, and other marketing partners.
Run and monitor digital marketing campaigns and lead-generation activities.
Research market trends, competitors, and customer behaviour.
Generate and manage marketing leads and coordinate with the sales team.
Track campaign performance and prepare regular marketing reports.
Support property launches, events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
