SPES Super Speciality Hospital is hiring Resident Medical Officers (RMO) to provide quality patient care and support clinical services.
Qualification
MBBS or BAMS (Mandatory)
Valid State Medical Council Registration
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, examine, and manage patients in OPD, IPD, and Emergency under hospital protocols.
Provide immediate medical care and stabilize emergency patients.
Conduct daily patient rounds and monitor clinical progress.
Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, and other departments for effective patient management.
Maintain accurate patient records, treatment notes, and discharge summaries.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code calls.
Ensure timely investigations, follow-up, and implementation of treatment plans.
Prescribe medications as per hospital policy and consultant guidance.
Follow NABH standards,
infection control practices, biomedical waste management, and patient safety protocols.
Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment and follow-up care.
Participate in clinical meetings, CMEs, audits, and quality improvement activities.
Required Skills
Positive clinical and diagnostic skills.
Strong communication and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Team-oriented with a patient-centric approach.
Knowledge of NABH standards will be an added advantage.
