Room Servicing: Thoroughly clean and prepare rooms for arriving, staying, and departing guests. This includes stripping/making beds, dusting furniture, and vacuuming or sweeping floors.
Sanitation: Disinfect toilets, showers, sinks, and mirrors, ensuring high standards of hygiene.
Replenishment: Stock guestrooms with daily necessities like fresh towels, complimentary toiletries.
Trash & Clutter Removal: Empty trash bins, remove dirty dishes or room service trays, and replace trash liners.
Common Areas: Keep heavy-traffic zones like the hotel lobby, hallways, elevators, and public restrooms spotless and orderly.
Quality Check: Inspect washed items for wear, tear, or stains, and report damaged goods to management.
Maintenance Checks: Identify and report broken appliances, burnt-out light bulbs, or leaky faucets to the maintenance department.
Lost and Found: Secure and document any items left behind by guests according to hotel SOPs.
Privacy: Respect “do not disturb” signs, adhere to hotel security policies, and maintain strict guest confidentiality.
