Position: Sales & Marketing Executive – Industrial Segment

CTC: ₹3.5–4.0 LPA

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with experience in the industrial/B2B sector.

Requirements:
Experience: 2–4 years in Sales & Marketing
Industry Preference: Industrial Products, Manufacturing, Engineering, Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Equipment, Industrial Consumables, or other B2B industrial sectors
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, Diploma (Mechanical/Electrical), or MBA in Marketing (preferred)
Age: Preferably 24–30 years

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities and acquire new customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct client meetings, product presentations,



and site visits.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis.

Required Skills
Robust B2B Sales and Business Development experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Customer relationship management
Technical aptitude for industrial products
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities

Compensation: ₹3.5–4.0 LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
