Role summary

Shashwath Consulting is hiring for Aurelios Energy an AI Graphic & Video Designer to produce AI-generated animated videos and branded graphics that power its social media presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta — translating campaign briefs into scroll-stopping visual content.

Key responsibilities
Create short-form and long-form animated videos using AI video/animation generation tools for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta
Design static and motion graphics for social posts, ads, banners, and campaigns
Translate briefs from the Marketing Manager into finished, on-brand assets
Maintain and evolve visual brand guidelines across all creative output
Edit, caption, and optimize video content for each platform’s format and specifications
Continuously evaluate and adopt recent AI creative tools (video generation, image generation, voice/avatar tools) to improve output quality and speed
Manage a content production pipeline and calendar in coordination with the Marketing Manager

Required qualifications
3 years of experience in graphic design and/or video production,



including recent hands-on work with AI video/animation generation tools (e.g., Runway, Sora, Kling, HeyGen, Pika, Luma, or similar)
Robust portfolio demonstrating animated video and graphic design work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent
Understanding of platform-specific content specs (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta/Instagram)
Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and brand consistency

Preferred qualifications
Experience creating content for B2B, industrial, or energy-sector brands
Motion graphics / 2D–3D animation background
Basic scripting and storyboarding skills for short-form video
Experience with voice/avatar AI tools for presenter-style video

Compensation

₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month, commensurate with experience and portfolio strength. This is a market-based estimate for benchmarking purposes and is subject to confirmation by Aurelios Energy.

Location and work mode

Hybrid; candidate should be based in Tamil Nadu.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
