Job Summary

Office Plus Limited is looking for Service Engineer (Field) who can provide after sales support & Installation at customer site for products like Photocopiers, Printers, Video Conferencing, IP-EPABX, Projectors, Security, Health devices etc.

Few responsibilities :-
Provide in office installation, and commissioning of office equipments
Impart user & operator training to customers.
Do required trouble-shooting & provide service & repairs.
Create & manage service information & documentation database.
Achieve Revenue quota by procuring AMC & MPS contracts from customers.
Achieve Consumable & repeat sales quota from existing customers.
