Job Title: Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Pharmacy Manager to oversee all hospital pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the hospital pharmacy.
Supervise and coordinate all pharmacy-related activities.
Ensure the protected, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and manage duty rosters for pharmacy staff to ensure adequate coverage.
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and support staff.
Maintain discipline, professionalism, and high standards of performance within the pharmacy team.
Monitor medication inventory, procurement, storage, and stock control to prevent shortages and wastage.
Ensure compliance with hospital policies, pharmacy regulations, and quality assurance standards.
Collaborate with doctors, nurses,



and other healthcare professionals to promote protected and effective medication use.
Handle audits, documentation, reporting, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Address patient and staff concerns related to pharmacy services.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm or equivalent).
Valid pharmacist registration/licensure as required by the relevant regulatory authority.
Proven experience of 10+ years in hospital pharmacy operations, with prior supervisory or managerial experience of minimum 3 years is preferred.
Solid leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of hospital pharmacy regulations, inventory management, and quality standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
