Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree
Certification in phlebotomy preferred but not required
Ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
Skills:
Proficient in blood collection techniques
Solid attention to detail
Excellent bedside manner
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of laboratory safety procedures
Experience:
No minimum experience required, but previous experience in phlebotomy is a plus
