About Us
Creative Point is a digital marketing agency that builds creative, data-driven campaigns across social, web, and paid channels for our clients - and now we want that same energy behind our own brand. We're looking for someone who can tell stories for two different audiences at once: us, and the clients we serve.

The Role
This is a dual-role position. Half your time goes into building Creative Point's own voice and presence online - think behind-the-scenes culture content, case studies, thought-leadership posts. The other half goes into creating scroll-stopping content for our client accounts across social, blogs, and ads. You're a natural storyteller who can shift tone depending on whose brand you're speaking for.

What You'll Do

For Creative Point
Run content for our own Instagram, YouTube, and other channels
Create behind-the-scenes, team culture, and case-study content
Write blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and website copy that build our reputation
Track and grow our own channel engagement

For Clients
Create original social content across client accounts
Write captions, blog posts, ad copy, and email content
Shoot and edit short-form videos and reels for client campaigns




Work with the marketing and design team on content calendars
Track performance and recommend improvements

Across Both
Design graphics in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Stay on top of platform trends and algorithm shifts
Contribute ideas in creative brainstorms
Juggle multiple content calendars and brand voices without losing quality

What You Bring
0–3 years in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
A portfolio (personal or client work) showing off your writing, video, or design skills
Comfort with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Solid writing across different tones and brand voices
Willingness to be on camera or direct shoots
Basic grasp of SEO and social analytics
Solid organizational skills for managing in-house + client work at once

Nice to Have
Experience creating for both an agency's own brand and its clients
Short-form video editing chops (Reels/Shorts)
Understanding of paid social ad content
Familiarity with Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, or similar schedulers

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
