An embroidery supervisor coordinates the daily operations of embroidery production, including machine setup, staff scheduling, and quality control.
They train workers, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure production quotas and deadlines are met efficiently.
Inspect finished goods for embroidery defects, color accuracy, and thread tension.
Ensure multi-head embroidery machines and auxiliary equipment are operating correctly; troubleshoot mechanical failures and perform routine maintenance.
Requisition threads, bobbins, backings, and other raw materials while managing department budgets and operational costs.
Deep familiarity with operating and maintaining multi-head embroidery machines along with digitizing software and production tracking tools.
Solid multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
