JOB DETAILS:
Position: Collection Tele-caller
Process: Write-off Process
Type: DRA & NON-DRA Can Apply
Salary: ₹13,000 - ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
Incentives: Unlimited Incentives based on performance
Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday (Sunday Fixed Off)
Location: Thane West
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualification: 10+2 / Graduates (any stream)
Experience: Freshers and experienced individuals are equally welcome
Skills:
Valuable communication skills (written and verbal)
Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language skills will be an added advantage)
Ability to handle customer interactions politely and professionally
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of computers
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding outstanding payments
Discuss payment plans and negotiate settlements
Provide transparent and accurate information to customers
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and payments
Meet individual and team performance targets
