Role: Sales Associate / Career Advisor (US IT Staffing)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST (Monday to Friday)
Weekends Off: Saturday & Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities with U.S.-based consultants and clients
Explain our services clearly to potential candidates and partners
Manage the full sales lifecycle from outreach to closing
Lead and attend client meetings via Google Meet
Maintain accurate records of communications and pipeline
Achieve monthly performance targets and KPIs




Collaborate closely with internal recruitment and leadership teams

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
Solid English communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to research, analyze data, and identify potential opportunities.
Self-motivated with robust organizational skills.
