We’re Hiring: Operations Executive (US Shift)

Timing: 9pm - 6am

We’re building a high-quality custom cushion brand, and we’re looking for someone who can own the flow of orders end-to-end and ensure a seamless experience for our customers.

This role is not just operations, it’s about being the bridge between what the customer wants and what gets delivered.

What You’ll Do:
Take full ownership of orders once they are confirmed
Create detailed order confirmation files capturing every customer requirement
Ensure absolute clarity on dimensions, fabrics, and customizations
Act as the single point of coordination between customer & production
Communicate clearly with customers to resolve gaps or missing details
Translate customer requirements into exact instructions for the production team
Stay connected with the customer throughout the entire order lifecycle
Track progress, follow up proactively, and ensure smooth execution




Maintain and track records of all order and related metrics
Ensure timely completion of orders, excellent customer service and seek proper feedback from customers

What We’re Looking For:
Someone who is extremely detail-oriented (this is critical)
Solid written & spoken English communication
Comfortable working on Google Sheets
Basic ability to use Paint or similar tools for straightforward visuals
High ownership mindset, you take responsibility and follow things through
Ability to manage multiple orders without losing clarity
