Job Title: Business Development Associate – IT Recruitment

Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and acquire new clients for IT Permanent Hiring services, with a strong focus on product companies and technology-driven organizations.
Generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and client meetings.
Build and onboard new client logos by understanding hiring needs and proposing customized recruitment solutions.
Develop a healthy pipeline of hiring mandates and consistently achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Establish and maintain solid relationships with CHROs, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, and business decision-makers.
Collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates and exceptional client satisfaction.




Stay updated on emerging technology trends, IT skill sets, hiring patterns, and market intelligence to identify current business opportunities.
Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, manage client onboarding, and ensure smooth transition from business development to delivery.
Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a proactive, target-driven, and growth-oriented mindset.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in IT staffing, permanent hiring, or recruitment sales are preferred.
Bangalore-based candidates willing to work from the office are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
