Experience- 2 to 6 years of experience in commercial/Residential real estate sourcing and leasing.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Real Estate, or related field
MBA in Sales and marketing specialization preferred
Prior experience in commercial property sourcing is required

Job Description (JD)
Build and manage relationships with brokers, property owners, and partners
Conduct market research on pricing, demand, and location feasibility
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and agreements
Coordinate with legal and internal teams for documentation and approvals
Prepare sourcing reports and update management on prospects




Ensure timely closure of sourcing deals as per company requirements

Technical Skills
Knowledge of commercial real estate markets and lease structures
Basic understanding of feasibility and commercial documentation
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Mandatory Skills
Robust commercial property sourcing experience
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Valuable network with brokers and market partners
Local market knowledge of Mumbai commercial real estate
Target-oriented and self-driven approach

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
