Key Responsibilities
Sourcing: Utilize job boards, qualified networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and social media to find and engage active and passive candidates. [1, 2]
Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. [1, 2]
Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, and provide feedback throughout the process. [1, 2]
Offer Negotiation: Extend job offers, negotiate compensation packages, and handle pre-employment checks (e.g., background and references). [1, 2]
Onboarding: Facilitate the orientation process and ensure current hires complete all required joining paperwork. [1, 2]

Essential Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Proven track record in talent acquisition or full-cycle recruiting.
Tech Skills: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹24,287.57 per month
