Position : Sales Executive – Real Estate

Eligibility
MBA (Marketing) / BBA (Marketing & Sales)
Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience are welcome.
Real estate sales experience is an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities
Generate and qualify customer leads.
Explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
Schedule and conduct site visits.
Build and maintain customer relationships.
Follow up with prospective buyers until booking.
Achieve monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the marketing and CRM teams.
Prepare daily sales reports and customer feedback.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing ability.




Customer-focused attitude with a passion for sales.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Fluency in Telugu; English and Hindi are an added advantage.
Willingness to travel within Tirupati and nearby locations.
