Basic Project Management and Order to Cash Lifecycle
Positive understanding of Recruitment Lifecycle and Talent Pools
Tools/Packages:
Worksheets/Reporting Tools like MS Excel - Pivots/VLOOKUPs/Macros/Graphs
ERP packages like PeopleSoft (HR or Financial Module) (valuable to have)
ATS tools like Hirecraft/Tallint/Taleo (positive to have)
Awareness of Cloud / Infrastructure Management Services (good to have) 19.Self Managed and Disciplined to close tasks timely
