Job Profile: Floor Manager

Location: Gomti Nagar Branch, Bhasin Brothers

Key Responsibilities
Staff Supervision & Deployment
Oversee daily attendance, punctuality, and discipline of sales, housekeeping, and support staff.
Assign duties floorwise and ensure proper coverage during peak hours.
Customer Service & Sales Support
Monitor customer interactions, resolve escalations, and ensure qualified service standards.
Support sales team in achieving targets by maintaining smooth floor operations.
Inventory & Display Management
Coordinate with inventory staff for timely stock replenishment.
Ensure merchandise is displayed as per company guidelines and seasonal promotions.
Compliance & Reporting
Maintain audit ready records of staff deployment, customer complaints, and daily floor reports.
Escalate irregularities (absenteeism, stock mismatch, billing issues) to management promptly.
Facility Oversight
Supervise housekeeping, security guards,



and maintenance staff for cleanliness and safety.
Ensure compliance with fire safety, hygiene, and operational protocols.
Training & Development
Conduct on floor training for recent staff on customer handling, billing procedures, and company policies.
Identify skill gaps and recommend training sessions to HR.
Operational Efficiency
Monitor billing counters, cash handling discipline, and queue management.
Ensure smooth coordination between cashier, sales, and inventory teams.
