Key Responsibilities
Design and develop tools, dies, molds, jigs, fixtures, and gauges as per customer and production requirements.
Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings and detailed 3D models.
Modify existing tool designs to improve performance and reduce manufacturing costs.
Coordinate with production, quality, and tool room teams during tool manufacturing and trials.
Conduct design reviews and implement engineering changes.
Perform tolerance stack-up and GD&T; analysis.
Support tool trials, validation, and troubleshooting.
Ensure compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
Maintain design documentation, BOMs, and revision records.
Work with suppliers and vendors for tool development and procurement.

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of tool design principles.




Experience in Press Tool, Plastic Mold, Die Casting Tool, Jigs & Fixtures, or Gauge Design.
Proficiency in CATIA V5, Siemens NX (UG NX), Creo, SolidWorks, or AutoCAD.
Valuable understanding of GD&T;, tolerance analysis, and manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of sheet metal, machining, injection molding, or die casting.
Ability to read engineering drawings and customer specifications.
Robust problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay: ₹9,310.46 - ₹60,000.00 per month
