Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to manage end-to-end recruitment, lead hiring strategies, and drive talent acquisition initiatives. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to handle high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business goals
Manage and mentor a team of recruiters
Partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent
Drive bulk hiring / lateral hiring across functions
Ensure strong candidate experience and employer branding
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire)
Utilize multiple sourcing channels (LinkedIn,



job portals, referrals, etc.)
Ensure compliance with hiring policies and processes

Key Requirements
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
Proven experience in team handling and stakeholder management
Robust expertise in end-to-end hiring and sourcing strategies
Experience in high-volume or bulk hiring is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Skills
Experience with ATS/CRM tools
Solid networking and negotiation skills
Data-driven approach to recruitment
