About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Operations Manager to lead overall operational performance, improve productivity, streamline systems, and ensure customer satisfaction through effective execution and team leadership.

Roles and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Drive operational strategies to achieve company profitability targets
Ensure smooth production and on-time delivery performance
Monitor and improve overall operational efficiency and process systems
Analyse Profit & Loss reports and take corrective actions for business improvement
Coordinate with Sales and other departments to meet customer expectations
Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are maintained
Lead KPI implementation, monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives
Handle operational audits, stock audits, and corrective action follow-ups
Strengthen internal systems and continuous improvement practices
Build a productive, protected, and performance-driven work culture
Submit MIS reports and monthly KPI reports within timelines

Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Management, Engineering, Textile, or related field
Experience in Operations / Production / Manufacturing Management
Robust leadership and decision-making capability
Experience in handling cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Minimum 10 years of experience in production, preferably in grey fabric manufacturing units.
Experience in Grey fabric Division / Weaving Division is preferred.

Salary : Annual CTC - 7 Lakhs
