We are seeking a confident and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, explain products/services, and generate leads or sales prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products/services clearly.
Maintain call records and customer details.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales.
Meet daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate when necessary.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle pressure and targets.
Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
