Key Responsibilities
Visit agri retail shops, dealers, and distributors across Salem and nearby areas to promote Algovex Innovation products.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers, retailers, and channel partners.
Identify and appoint new dealers and distributors in the assigned territory.
Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Ensure product availability and visibility at retail outlets.
Conduct product presentations and explain product features, benefits, and applications to dealers and retailers.
Collect market intelligence, competitor activities, pricing information, and customer feedback.
Follow up on dealer enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payment collections as per company policy.




Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Maintain daily field visit reports, sales reports, and dealer activity reports.
Represent the company professionally and build long-term business relationships.

Qualification
Diploma in Agriculture / B.Sc. Agriculture or any Agriculture-related degree.

Experience
1–2 Years.
Freshers with positive agricultural knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply.
