KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for a passionate and experienced HR to join our team! As a Senior Recruitment Executive at our company,



you will be responsible for planning and developing individual recruitment strategy. You will be doing end to end recruitments and ensuring that the hiring goals are met.
Involved in full Recruiting life cycle & end to end recruitment
Sourcing, screening, and short-listing resume through various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc., and internal references
Planning and structuring of job advertisements on job portals
Conducting Drives, Walk-ins, telephonic and personal interviews
Maintaining employees’ personal files and records
Recruiting candidates for both frontline and Lateral profiles
Salary negotiation, telephonic screening, and interview coordination
Making sure of timely closure of open requisitions and maintain recruitment TAT
Maintaining recruitment MIS/Dashboards
Making sure that the candidate experience is warm and pleasant
Vendor management, Process improvement and automation
