Position: Public Relations Officer (PRO)

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the hospital and patients, attendants, and the public.
Handle patient queries, feedback, and grievances effectively.
Maintain positive public relations and promote the hospital’s services.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and patient satisfaction.
Manage media relations, hospital events, and promotional activities.
Assist in patient admission procedures and provide guidance regarding hospital services.




Maintain records of patient feedback and prepare reports for management.

Eligibility Criteria:
Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Hospital Administration, Public Relations, Business Administration, or any related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hospital administration / public relations (preferred).
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle patients and visitors politely and professionally.
Proficiency in English and local language is essential.

Salary: As per hospital norms (commensurate with experience).
